Biography
Kimberly Mann, SHRM-SCP, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Mental Health Partnerships. She received her BA Degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University. Shortly after undergrad she began working in the human resource field and has over 25 years of experience in consulting and human resource management in for-profit and non-profit industries. She has served with organizations such as the School District of Philadelphia, Women Against Abuse, Counsel for Relationships and the Urban Affairs Coalition.
Kimberly is known for the kind, professional and results-oriented approach she gives to her work.
She has performed as a trusted consultant and employers note her as a doer who has always enjoyed working to the benefit of her employer and/or client. She believes that the workplace must be one in which an individual should find the work engaging, enlightening and team focused. The employer-employee relationship should be clear, inclusive and representative of all that is great about growth and change.
Kimberly has working knowledge of benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, staff orientation, training and development, policy and procedure establishment, employee relations and workplace investigations, family and medical leave, employee communications and more.
She has decided to utilize her knowledge and experience to provide advice and implement practices, programs and protocols necessary to enhance, advance and address employment and business-related matters. She is grateful for the privilege of being of service.
