PeerNet Bucks County
PeerNet Bucks is a certified peer specialist program designed to support adults with mental health or co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Staff use their lived experience with mental health to build hope and support.
Our program’s intent is for individuals to choose paths that lead to independent, fulfilling, and productive lives in the community. Utilizing 1:1 meetings in the person’s community as well as group activities, individuals set their goals and determine their own path to recovery.
Goals include:
· Maintaining health and wellness
· Living in the community
· Finding or maintaining housing
· Continuing with education
· Obtaining employment
· Improving social skills
· Building new connections and support networks
Eligibility Requirements
· Adults 18 and up
· Have a mental health diagnosis
· Reside in Bucks County
· Eligible for Magellan Insurance or have Medicaid, Private Insurance, or no Insurance (will qualify for County Funding)
