Meet William (Billy) O’Brien, Talent Acquisition Specialist
I'm Billy, MHP's Talent Acquisition Specialist! I have over 4 years' experience working in recruitment and on-boarding, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and onboarding candidates! At MHP, I oversee recruitment and on-boarding, and work with the rest of the HR Department on employee appreciation and wellness activities! I hope to discuss any of our exciting employment opportunities with you soon!
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources from Temple University. During my time at Temple University, I also served as the President of TU SHRM (Temple University Society for Human Resource Management), where I organized SHRM meetings, increased membership, and oversaw financial reports and officer performance.
In my personal life, I am a huge Flyers Fan! I write pregame and postgame analysis for Flyers Nation, one of the biggest hockey blogs in Philadelphia. When I am relaxing, I am spending time with my partner and two cats Bean and Garbanzo.
