This is a 3 hour training and is the continuation of ‘Supporting Individuals in the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Community 101’. In this training learners will understand the following learning objectives:
Define neurodiversity and identify its effect on experiences and expression Identify signs of neurodiversity and how it manifests in various settings.
Identify different communication styles and develop effective communication strategies
•Identify and develop support strategies for dealing with challenging sensory experiences.
