Supervising Peers Remotely
This two-hour workshop explores the challenges and opportunities of supervising a remote Peer workforce. During this interactive training, participants will learn best practices, engage in guided discussions and practice newly acquired skills through virtual role playing. Participants will develop skills to best support their staff in this new work environment while maintaining the quality and integrity of the services provided by their teams. Self-care and support strategies for supervisors will also be discussed.
