Her role is pivotal in elevating the organization's influence and effectiveness across local, regional, and federal levels through strategic advocacy and government relations. Brittany is dedicated to ensuring that legislative and regulatory landscapes support mental health initiatives, serving as a powerful advocate and connector between MHP and governmental entities.
With a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Rowan University, Brittany has always been a fervent advocate for mental health. Her extensive experience includes managing electoral campaigns for state representatives and serving as Chief of Staff for state legislators, equipping her with the expertise to navigate complex policy environments and mobilize key stakeholders. This experience is crucial in her current role, where she leverages narratives and data to shape public policy and foster collaborations that advance the cause of mental health.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Brittany's commitment to mental health advocacy is deeply personal. She has actively contributed to the community by organizing mental health panels and has been an outspoken advocate for mental health and suicide prevention, drawing on her own lived experiences to raise awareness and instill hope in others.
Brittany's leadership and passion were recognized in 2018 when the American Association of Political Consultants honored her with the Campaign Excellence Award for Local Campaign Manager of the Year.
