Andre DiCicco joined Mental Health Partnerships in February 2013 and has since been promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance regarding the organization’s HR operations.

Andre has more than 12 years of experience in all aspects of HR and has worked in the behavioral health and real estate industries. His career has focused on talent acquisition, employee relations, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), compensation management, policy development and HR strategy. In his various roles, he has increased efficiencies in HR processes and designed/created employee appreciation initiatives that have resulted in increased employee engagement and decreased turnover.

Andre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Temple University and is currently working towards a Master of Science in Human Resource Management degree at Temple University. He is certified as a SHRM-CP.
