The Adult Advocate assists Philadelphia residents with mental health conditions and their family members with service delivery complaints and grievances, protects individual rights and ensures the individual’s voice is being respected in treatment, makes linkages to community resources, and helps individuals and families to navigate complex public systems to attain appropriate supports.
